Located in the Village at Breckenridge, this stylish studio condominium is steps away from the Quicksilver super chair, Main Street, shopping, and restaurants.

Good to know

THE CONDO This is a 400 square foot one-room studio located on the fifth floor. It has a king-sized bed and a queen-size fold-out sofa. There is smart TV with cable, a small closet, two-person breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, etc. It's perfect for a couple or a few close friends/family members as it's basically the size of a normal hotel room. It is very quiet, as it is in a concrete building. THE BUILDING The Village at Breckenridge is a large complex of several buildings in a perfect location with great amenities. This unit is located in the Liftside at Peak 9 building which has heated underground parking ($45/night), conference center, mini convenience store, business center, an indoor/outdoor pool, four hot tubs, steam room, sauna, game room, movie room, game room, and well-equipped gym. Reservations for the movie room and game room can be made through the Village app. There is a ski shop on the plaza level for rentals. PARKING Parking is NOT INCLUDED; it is an additional $45/day. If you need parking, let me know when you book and I will send you a request for the add-on payment. Parking is very limited in Breckenridge. Parking at The Village is also limited and requires a reservation. Parking may not be available during busier times so reserve as far in advance as possible. KITCHEN The studio kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove oven, and everything you need to make simple meals. There is countertop with seating for two. VIEW The condo is on the 4th floor with a courtyard and plaza view.

CHECK-IN PROCESS You will access the garage and building with electronic keys through a smart phone app. Smart phone keys can be shared with everyone in your party. FRONT DESK There is a check-in desk located in the lobby of the Liftside at Peak 9 building. This desk and the front desk valet are NOT available for any guest except those that rented through Vail Resorts (Breckenridge Lodging). The front desk and front desk valet is not available to guests for anything, this is a service only for Vail Resort guests. The front desk and HOA can't help with parking or keys, contact me directly and I can help! AIR CONDITIONING We have a portable air conditioning unit that you can hook up during the summer. SKI VALET Free overnight ski valet services are available at Christy Sports in the Shavano building on the plaza. We strongly urge you to use the ski valet. KITCHEN The studio kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove oven, and everything you need to make simple meals. There is countertop with seating for two. Welcome to our mountain home! To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, please review our house rules before booking: TRAVEL PREPAREDNESS - Travel Insurance: Because we adhere to a Strict Cancellation Policy, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance or booking with a credit card that offers travel insurance. This protects you against unforeseen illnesses, road closures or travel delays. Refunds are also not provided for weather conditions (too much/ lack thereof snow) or ski resort closures. - Vehicle Requirements: From Labor Day to Memorial Day Colorado’s Traction Law can be in effect on I-70. 4WD, AWD, or snow tires can be required. If I-70 closes, Hwy 285 is a beautiful alternative route. If you are unable to rent a 4WD/AWD vehicle or feel uncomfortable driving in possible winter conditions, we highly recommend utilizing the local shuttles which run regardless of snow conditions. - In the event of needing to cancel, guests must go into reservation and choose to cancel. The refund policy will show the amount available for refund. Please do not ask us to refund for cancellations outside of our policy. PROPERTY RULES - Smoke-Free: We are proud to offer a 100% smoke-free entire property (including all common and outside spaces). A strict $500 remediation fee applies to any smoking. - No Pets: Per HOA regulations, pets are strictly prohibited. Non-compliance results in a $500 fee and eviction without refund by the building manager. - Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and the mountain peace between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. - Occupancy: To comply with local fire codes, the maximum occupancy is 4 guests. - Paid Parking: Parking fee must be accepted within 72 hours of reserving parking or before arrival, whichever comes first. The building does not refund parking. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME - Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. - Late Check-out: Our housekeepers have a tight schedule to prep for the next guests. Excessive cleaning needs or unapproved late check-outs may incur additional fees. This is our cherished home, and we ask that you treat it with the same love and respect you would your own. Any damages, intentional or accidental, should be reported immediately and may result in a charge.

Neighborhood

The Village at Breckenridge is located at the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift. One side of the building backs up directly to the Quicksilver Lift, Breckenridge Ski/ Snowboard School, Breckenridge Sports Rentals, the season pass/lift ticket office, Urgent Care, and Maggie Pond. The other side is one block from Main Street where most restaurants and shopping are available. The Village has a massive courtyard that hosts many events such as the art festivals, beer festivals, wine festivals, farmers market and more! We are steps from the Blue River recreation path, which will take you to the Blue River for fly fishing, bike ride or a picnic. You can continue along the path to the Breckenridge auditorium for live music and events, restaurants and shopping, and all the way to Frisco if you like!

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the condo, pool, hot tubs, movie room, game room, gym and common areas in the Village at Breckenridge complex. Guest can check their skis for free at Christy Sports located outside of the building on the plaza on the first floor of the Shavano building. Guests do NOT have access to the front desk. The front desk is Vail Resorts and not affiliated with the building, Home Owners Association or Airbnb. They also will not hold bags or accept deliveries. However we do offer free luggage lockers that will hold luggage and skis for up to a group of 4.

Find us

Once you are at The Village at Breckenridge, assuming you are staying in Breckenridge, there really is no reason for a car as town is walkable. You can walk to dining, shopping, grocery and liquor, the gondola and skiing to mention a few. There are also free town shuttles. The free Summit Stage will take you to Keystone, Copper and A-Basin. Take the Colorado Mountain Express shuttle from Denver International Airport directly to our unit and never need a car!
