Village at Breckenridge - Liftside @ Peak 9 Inn - Unit 4604 - Ski-In/Ski-Out THE CONDO This is a 6th floor 400 sq foot studio with great views and phenomenal sunrises over Baldy Mountain. King-sized bed with Denver Mattress Doctor's Choice Medium Plush mattress and queen-size leather pull-out couch with a new Classic Brands 5 inch memory foam mattress. There is a Smart 55 inch flat screen TV with HD cable, closet, four-person dining peninsula, fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker w/ coffee/ tea and all cooking basics. The bathroom is divided into three rooms making it very functional for multiple guests. The bathroom has double sinks, a large mirror and bathtub with a shower. Rest assured you’ll be cool on the hottest days as we have a new portable AC unit in the summers. Seasonal AC Portable AC unit in the summer, but you’re still able to open the windows. Usually installed from June - October, depending on the weather, it's only needed in July and August. COFFEE & KITCHEN We provide ground coffee, teas, hot chocolate, powder creamer & syrups. The coffee machine is a Keurig Duo for ground coffee or k cups. We provide a reusable k cup filter for coffee grounds. The kitchen is fully loaded with all utensils and basic cooking supplies (salt, pepper, olive oil and spices). You’re welcome to leave any groceries at departure and we will make sure they get repurposed for future guests or donated to the foodbank. HOT TUB, POOL, FITNESS CENTER, MOVIE ROOM & XBOX GAMING ROOM The new $5 million renovated health club now features an indoor/ outdoor pool with a shallow pool for young children with a slide and water features, four large hot tubs with water falls, gym, steam room, sauna, community room with games, couches, fire place, large tv and 15 seat movie room. Pool and hot tub hours are daily from 10am to 10pm. Fitness center and game room hours are daily from 6am to 10pm. UNIT ACCESS TIMES Check-In: 4:00pm. Early check-in/parking can’t be confirmed until the night before/morning of arrival. Check-Out: 10:00am. Late check-outs can’t be accommodated. Early Access: The Health Club is accessible as early as 8:00am on arrival day. Late Departure: Health Club access is available until 5:00pm on departure day. Luggage Storage: Available daily 8:00am–5:00pm for shuttle guests via a reservation in the digital app located in the garage near the Health Club. THE BUILDING The Village at Breckenridge is a large complex located between Main Street and Peak 9 base. It's connected to: ski rentals, lift tickets, ski school, Quicksilver Chairlift and Silverthorne ski run. The unit is located in the Liftside @ Peak 9 Inn building. BUILDING PAID PARKING: NOT INCLUDED $45 a night year around - From check in to check out. Garage entry height is: 7 feet 6 inches. I can reserve one paid parking spot in the building's garage for $ a night year-round, based on availability. The garage does routinely hit capacity, especially last minute, on weekends or holidays. Payment required within 72 hours of reserving and is non-refundable. The town has eliminated all free overnight parking between 2am-6am on all streets and lots in Breckenridge. If needed, it's paid separately through Airbnb by a Payment request. Booking doesn't reserve a parking space. ALTERNATIVE PARKING You can park free for 30 minutes to unload/load at the garage entrance of the building by putting your license plate number in the hourly parking machine. Ice Rink Parking Lot (189 Boreas Pass Rd): 4 blocks away. You can walk through the Village Plaza to cut the walk in half. Cost: $20 weekdays/$35 weekends. SHUTTLE During winter, nearly all of our guests flying to Colorado take a shuttle service from Denver or Eagle Airport. Shuttles are incredibly reliable with hourly departures regardless of weather. You’ll also travel in comfort with wifi and avoid the hassle of chain restrictions and winter conditions. Once you arrive, everything is within 2 blocks and you don’t need a car. Shuttles should be reserved in advance. The top shuttles are: Epic Mountain Express (20% off with Epic Pass), Summit Express, Peak 1 Express & Fresh Tracks COLORADO I-70 HIGHWAY TRACTION LAW IN EFFECT SEPT 1 - May 31 The vehicle must have 4WD/AWD, snow tires or traction chains and a minimum tire tread depth of 3/16 inch on the I-70 mountain corridor. Most Denver rental cars do not meet this requirement. Tickets start at $130/ $650 if you block traffic. This is why the shuttle is the best choice!

🎿 Our building is ski in/ ski out on Peak 9 with direct access to the Quicksilver Chairlift and Silverthrone Green Ski Trail. Peak 9 is open all of core ski season, the only peak open longer is Peak 8 which is where early/late season skiing is located. To confirm we are ski in/out, check to make sure Peak 9 is open. There is never an exact date when it opens/ closes as it's dependent on snow. When Peak 9 is closed, Peak 8 is accessible via the free bus outside our building to the base of Peak 8 or Gondola. 🛎️ The front desk and valet is not available to guests for anything, this is a service only for Vail Resort guests. The front desk and HOA can't help with parking or keys, you have to contact me. ❄️ We do have AC installed now through the end of fall! 🚭 Our unit is 100% free of any kind of smoking or vaping even out the windows. The unit is equipped with high end smoke detectors that alert of any cigarette, marijuana, and vape in the unit. We take this very serious and fine for a deep clean.

Welcome to our mountain home! To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, please review our house rules before booking: TRAVEL PREPAREDNESS - Travel Insurance: Because we adhere to a Strict Cancellation Policy, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance or booking with a credit card that offers travel insurance. This protects you against unforeseen illnesses, road closures or travel delays. Refunds are also not provided for weather conditions (too much/ lack thereof snow) or ski resort closures. - Vehicle Requirements: From Labor Day to Memorial Day Colorado’s Traction Law can be in effect on I-70. 4WD, AWD, or snow tires can be required. If I-70 closes, Hwy 285 is a beautiful alternative route. If you are unable to rent a 4WD/AWD vehicle or feel uncomfortable driving in possible winter conditions, we highly recommend utilizing the local shuttles which run regardless of snow conditions. - In the event of needing to cancel, guests must go into reservation and choose to cancel. The refund policy will show the amount available for refund. Please do not ask us to refund for cancellations outside of our policy. PROPERTY RULES - Smoke-Free: We are proud to offer a 100% smoke-free entire property (including all common and outside spaces). A strict $500 remediation fee applies to any smoking. - No Pets: Per HOA regulations, pets are strictly prohibited. Non-compliance results in a $500 fee and eviction without refund by the building manager. - Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and the mountain peace between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. - Occupancy: To comply with local fire codes, the maximum occupancy is 4 guests. - Paid Parking: Parking fee must be accepted within 72 hours of reserving parking or before arrival, whichever comes first. The building does not refund parking. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME - Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. - Late Check-out: Our housekeepers have a tight schedule to prep for the next guests. Excessive cleaning needs or unapproved late check-outs may incur additional fees. This is our cherished home, and we ask that you treat it with the same love and respect you would your own. Any damages, intentional or accidental, should be reported immediately and may result in a charge.

The Village at Breckenridge is located at the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift. One side of the building backs up directly to the Quicksilver Lift, Breckenridge Ski/ Snowboard School, Breckenridge Sports Rentals, the season pass/lift ticket office, Urgent Care, and Maggie Pond. The other side is one block from Main Street where most restaurants and shopping are available. The Village has a massive courtyard that hosts many events such as the art festivals, beer festivals, wine festivals, farmers market and more! We are steps from the Blue River recreation path, which will take you to the Blue River for fly fishing, bike ride or a picnic. You can continue along the path to the Breckenridge auditorium for live music and events, restaurants and shopping, and all the way to Frisco if you like!

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the condo, health club and building. Guest can check their skis for free at Christy Sports located outside of the building on the plaza. Guests do NOT have access to the front desk. The front desk is Vail Resorts and not affiliated with the building, HOA or Airbnb. They also will not hold bags or accept deliveries. However we do offer free luggage lockers that will hold luggage and skis for up to a group of 4.

This condo was very well positioned relative to Peak 9, restaurants, and things to do. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and gym at night. Perfect size unit for a couple. Great host, very responsive. Look forward to returning!

Kent was awesome! Highly recommend his place. His condo is in walking distance to the peak 9 lift! The location is hard to beat--not just the location to the ski lift, but also all the restaurants are less than 10min walk to any restaurant you can dream of. Kent was very responsive and pleasant to talk to. 100% recommend.

Great location! You walk outside and you’re a few steps away from Peak 9 base. Kent was extremely responsive and helpful in extending our parking on our checkout day which made life easier on our last ski day. I had my two kids with me and we shared the room and it was just fine. They loved the pool area and the game room in the building. Lots of families with kids in that area on a holiday weekend and they made friends and played there for a few hours. We all had a great time. Would stay here again with a small family, with my spouse or by myself on a solo trip.

Find us

Once you are at The Village at Breckenridge, assuming you are staying in Breckenridge, there really is no reason for a car as town is walkable. You can walk to dining, shopping, grocery and liquor, the gondola and skiing to mention a few. There are also free town shuttles. The free Summit Stage will take you to Keystone, Copper and A-Basin. Take the Colorado Mountain Express shuttle from Denver International Airport directly to our unit and never need a car!
